Let's Dance Miami is a modern, fun, fast growing pro-am ballroom dance studio in Aventura, FL looking to hire a dance instructor to join our team.

 

Our ideal candidate is someone who is a friendly, energetic, and passionate about working with students of all ages and levels. Experience in teaching Ballroom dancing, Latin, or Argentine Tango is desired but not mandatory, we are looking for someone who is passionate about dancing and teaching.

 

We’re looking for driven, team oriented individuals who are willing to take the initiative and motivate their students in their dance journey. We know we can teach anyone to dance, so finding the right person to join our team is what matters the most.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for teaching Ballroom and Latin Dancing in a private and group setting;

- Be a team player, have strong communicational skills with a diverse group of students and teachers;

- Be able to learn and follow our dance curriculum, develop choreographies, teach technical elements, prepare lesson plans;

- Be able to constatly evaluate student performance and make changes for improvement;

- Adapt to students' abilities, their cultural background and their preferences and keep them motivated to follow their dance goals;

- Be punctual and professional, courteous in all situations;
